About Nina
Meet Nina, owner of Level Up Office Pro. A 4th generation local with deep roots in the community, Nina has always been passionate about delivering excellent service and building meaningful relationships. With over 20 years of experience in finance and 15 years in the tech industry, she brings a unique blend of old-school work ethic and modern expertise to her bookkeeping and operations services.
Nina built her career from the ground up, starting as an intern in the billing department of our local ISP and working her way up to Operations Manager. Her responsibilities spanned a wide range of duties including billing department management, operations, accounting, budget management, database administration, and specialized reporting - all while keeping a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
During this time, Nina also co-owned and operated Sage's Computer, a beloved local computer repair and retail store, for ten years. The experience deepened her love for technology and her passion for continued learning - both of which would prove invaluable when she launched Level Up Office Pro.
From replacing a laptop motherboard to managing a multi-million dollar budget, Nina has always tackled new challenges with the same dedication and enthusiasm she brings to the trails. As an ultra-marathon runner, she knows how to push herself to new heights and confront any challenge head-on. Her passion for learning and dedication to delivering outstanding professional service has made her a trusted partner for businesses in our community. She's also the mother of four, a musician, and is well known for her signature red lipstick.
